James Combs Jr. has been named CEO. Combs was previously chief operations officer for SEI Investment Manager Services. Combs also held numerous executive positions at Wilmington Trust Company, Wachovia Operational Services Corporation, Global Processing Alliance and Bankers Trust Company.
